The new dealership needed a polished, professional environment equipped with technician workstations, toolboxes, reel cabinets, and computer stations—while supporting efficiency and daily operations.

For over 50 years, Marino’s Auto Group has built its reputation on exceeding customer expectations. Serving the greater Toronto area, the company represents five major brands—Honda, Subaru, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover—and is known for its welcoming, family-oriented approach and commitment to exceptional service.

Despite its success, Marino’s recognized the need to evolve with changing market demands and customer expectations. The group decided to relocate three dealerships into a new, purpose-built facility, beginning with Lakeshore Honda’s move to the new Queensway Honda location in Etobicoke, Ontario.

The new facility required a scalable storage solution that could support both current operations and future growth. After discovering Rousseau at industry events such as the NADA trade show and the Automotive Conference Expo (ACE), the team was impressed by the products’ durability, design, flexibility, and North American manufacturing.

Early collaboration with Rousseau and Metric Storage Systems proved pivotal. A Rousseau product specialist worked closely with the team to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. What began as a requirement for high-quality, professional workbenches quickly expanded into a comprehensive solution that addressed multiple technician shifts and integrated toolboxes, air and oil reels, and computer stations.

Every detail was carefully considered—from technician workstations to alignment and oil change areas—resulting in functional, task-specific environments. The dealership now features a modern, professional design that enhances both employee satisfaction and customer perception. Management emphasized that the upgraded environment also plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent.

The project’s success was driven by strong collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence. In total, 24 workstations and a fully equipped parts department were installed. By prioritizing the client’s needs and delivering innovative solutions, the Rousseau team helped create a space that exceeded expectations.

Following the successful completion of Queensway Honda, Marino’s Auto Group confidently partnered with Rousseau again for additional projects, including Marino’s Fine Cars Subaru and Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. As noted by management, Rousseau’s solutions have significantly improved productivity while elevating the dealership’s professional image.
