What is a Standard Mobile System?

The Spacesaver Standard Mobile System is a high-density mobile storage solution designed to maximize available floor space. Shelving or cabinets are mounted on mobile carriages that move along tracks, eliminating the need for a permanent aisle between every row. Instead, an aisle is opened only where access is needed.

How does a Standard Mobile System save space?

Traditional static shelving requires multiple fixed aisles for access. A Standard Mobile System eliminates most of those aisles by placing storage units on movable carriages. This allows you to increase storage capacity within your existing footprint or reduce the amount of floor space required for storage.
